- IMMEDIATE NEEDS ASSESSMENT
At JWCM, we are experienced in assessing claimant’s to identify their immediate needs following an accident or injury. We work under the Rehabilitation Code of Practice.

- Experienced professionals to carry out in-depth home assessments aimed at early intervention and appropriate rehabilitation following injury.
- Comprehensive reports identifying a clear rehabilitation programme with detailed recommendations.

JWCM's Case Management Service is primarily provided by Managing Director, Josie Welburn, who is experienced in arranging care packages and advising on equipment and transport needs for individuals who require specialist care.
We have a network of additional, specialist and support services we use locally to ensure the client receives a comprehensive rehabilitation package without delays occuring.
